Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Every Sinfinity shirt is made to order specifically for you. Because we don't carry pre-made inventory, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference.

Please review the product description and size information carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right.

Please contact us at orders@sinfinityapparel.com as soon as possible after receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and photos showing the issue when applicable.

Once we've reviewed the issue, we'll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

LOST OR MISSING ORDERS

If your tracking information shows a delivery problem or your order appears to be lost in transit, contact us at orders@sinfinityapparel.com and we'll help investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.

SIZE & COLOR SELECTION

Because each shirt is made specifically for your order, we cannot provide returns, refunds, or exchanges when the wrong size or color was selected at checkout.

Please double-check your size and color before completing your purchase.

CANCELLATIONS

Production can begin shortly after an order is placed. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately at orders@sinfinityapparel.com. We'll do our best to help, but once production has begun, we may not be able to cancel or modify the order.

REFUNDS

When a refund is approved for a damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible order, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you may have additional cancellation or return rights under applicable consumer-protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you are entitled to under applicable law.
